Brief
After nearly a decade of working with MSP, we were commissioned to design their next-generation energy storage system. The result is the Micro: a compact, modular solution engineered for environments where space is a premium.
Process
We prioritised energy density in the design while maintaining the modularity of the system. Internal components were carefully arranged to reduce the overall footprint without compromising airflow or thermal performance. The Micro has been designed to work seamlessly alongside the existing Mid system. Units can be linked above ground, corner to corner, and able to be laid out in multiple configurations. This is all done above ground, reducing the need for trenching, making installation easier and more adaptable to a variety of sites. The exterior GRP panels provide insulation while maintaining the distinctive aesthetic of the range, delivering both high performance and a premium finish.
Results
The new product range, currently comprising the Micro and Mid, brings together all our learnings from the past 10 years of our ongoing partnership with Multi Source Power. Combining our extensive experience of structural frames and sheet metal fabrication, and with a focus on energy density, the Micro is the latest addition to the range, with the next variation (Max) already in development.
