We were presented with an extraordinary opportunity to revolutionise golf training through innovative product design. The challenge was to create a putting training system that would fundamentally change how golfers develop their skills, combining our expertise in manufacturing, design, and engineering to deliver unprecedented precision in putting practice.
Process
Our two-year development journey involved creating hundreds of prototypes, each iteration bringing us closer to perfection. We collaborated extensively with world-leading golf training professionals, meticulously analysing every aspect of the putting stroke to understand the subtle mechanics that differentiate excellent putting from average performance.
Every surface, detail, and tolerance was carefully considered, prototyped, and tested. This rigorous approach ensured that the final product would not only meet but exceed the exacting standards of professional golfers and coaches.
Our development process extended beyond simple product design. The manufacturing strategy required establishing a complete supply chain, including setting up a dedicated 3D printing farm for mass production of precision components. We personally vetted and approved every manufacturing facility to ensure consistent quality across all product elements.
Our in-house team took ownership of the complete brand experience, developing everything from the core brand identity to the website and promotional materials. This holistic approach ensured that every touchpoint with the Arc Master brand reflected the premium quality and innovation inherent in the product.
Result
Arc Master emerged as more than just a training aid – it represents the most significant innovation in putting since golf’s inception. The system enables golfers to understand and internalise the feeling of the perfect putting stroke, creating the muscle memory essential for consistent performance on the green.
The design successfully bridges the gap between technical sophistication and practical usability, making professional-grade training accessible to golfers at all levels.
